Burglars steal 30 tola gold, Rs4.4 million from former SSP's house in Karachi
The authorities are taking steps to apprehend the perpetrators

During a recent spate of crimes in the metropolis, a major theft occurred at the house of a former Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) in Karachi's Defence Housing Authority (DHA) area.
Retired SSP Ghulam Sarwar Abro filed a complaint regarding a theft at his residence in Defence Phase 8.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), the family was away from home during the theft. The burglars stole 30 tolas of gold, 44 lakh rupees, and other valuables.
The perpetrators also broke into the lockers and cupboards. They took the CCTV recorder with them before fleeing the scene, the family informed the police.
SSP Sajid Sadozai stated that authorities are taking steps to apprehend the perpetrators.
