Former Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan’s brother shot dead

Former Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan’s elder brother, Shakeel Ahmad Khan, was shot dead in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to police reports, the victim was killed by his neighbor.

Authorities stated that the suspect first killed his own father, and as Shakeel Ahmad Khan attempted to intervene, he was also shot and killed.

The police further revealed that the suspect is a drug addict and suffers from mental instability.

Expressing deep sorrow over the incident, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan described his brother’s murder as a brutal act and said that his brother was his pillar of support.

The incident took place within the jurisdiction of Thana Kalu Khan, and police have launched an investigation.

Several public figures and citizens have expressed grief and condolences over the tragic killing.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and the Chief Secretary contacted Mushtaq Ahmad Khan to offer condolences.

The Chief Minister assured Khan that the culprit will be arrested soon and will face strict legal consequences.
