Former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan issued a scathing message from prison, strongly criticising the current government and the military establishment. He called on party leaders to take to the streets, saying that the judiciary holds no value in the country and alleging that the constitutional court deliberately reduced PTI’s seats in the National Assembly.

Khan directly accused Field Marshal General Asim Munir of orchestrating political victimisation against him, declaring that all state institutions, including the Senate, National Assembly, President, and Prime Minister, are “illegitimate.”

He further claimed that a judge of the Islamabad High Court has delayed hearings on his petitions under pressure from General Munir.

“The democratic institutions have been systematically destroyed,” he said, adding that the judiciary itself has shown a lack of confidence in the justice system by declaring military courts lawful.

“At present, the ‘Daku (Dacoit), Duffer Alliance’ is completely in control in Pakistan. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has completely abolished judicial autonomy,” Khan stated.

Khan also described a recent court hearing where the judge reportedly ordered his family, waiting outside the courtroom, to be brought in. Despite multiple interruptions in proceedings, his family was not allowed entry.

“This shows that even a judge’s orders hold no value in front of the police. Our justice system has been completely buried,” he said.

The PTI founder further alleged that the new jail superintendent, Ghafoor Anjum has intensified mistreatment against him, depriving him of access to books, newspapers, and TV.

He revealed that he has not spoken to his children for seven months and, due to continued "unjust treatment," has asked them to take the matter to the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

“I myself have told my sons to approach the ICJ on the basis of human rights. They are not asking anyone in America for help; they are simply raising their voice for their rights,” Khan explained.

Imran Khan instructed senior party leaders, Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar, to lead a mass movement and organise street protests.
