Students of government colleges in Karachi who secure top positions in intermediate examinations will be awarded electric bikes under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Electric Vehicles Scheme.

Chairman of the Karachi Higher Secondary Education Board, Faqir Mohammad Lakho, confirmed that electric motorcycles have already been delivered for distribution. He said the scheme will continue annually until 2030.

In addition, the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA) has announced full scholarships for position holders. A special ceremony will be held soon, attended by toppers, their parents, and prominent education officials.
