Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Kamran Murtaza has dismissed the possibility of joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in street protests.
Speaking on Geo News' program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Ke Saath, Kamran Murtaza revealed that PTI initially called for a nationwide audit of the elections.
However, when the 2024 elections approached, there were discussions about limiting Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s role, and this message was conveyed to JUI-F.
According to Murtaza, Maulana Fazlur Rehman did not fit into the electoral arrangements that were in place.

He further stated that PTI was advised to conduct an election audit in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a suggestion they initially accepted but later rejected.
Murtaza emphasized that JUI-F still has differences with PTI and had conveyed its concerns to the party on February 12.
However, no response has been received yet, and JUI-F has no intention of joining PTI in street protests.
