Karachi is set for partly cloudy skies and sunshine today, with daytime temperatures rising to around 29 °C and night-time lows dipping to roughly 13 °C.

According to recent weather reports, the real feel temperature may reach 28 °C, while shaded areas could feel near 27 °C, offering generally comfortable conditions under east-northeasterly winds of about 13 km/h.

Despite the agreeable weather, city-wide air quality remains a major concern. Recent readings from air-quality monitors classify the atmosphere as “Unhealthy” for sensitive groups, warning that particulate matter and pollution levels continue to pose a risk.

Health advisers urge residents, especially children, the elderly, and those with breathing conditions, to limit prolonged time outdoors.

On the bright side, the UV index forecast is that it will stay low, reducing the risk of harmful sun exposure.

In short, midday sunshine and warm temperatures may tempt Karachiites outdoors, but with air pollution levels still elevated, it is advised to stay indoors or wear protective masks when outside.
