Karachi to experience hot weather for two more days

Hot and dry weather is expected to prevail in Karachi for two more days, with feels-like temperature reaching 42°C, said a weather expert Jawad Memon.
“A high-pressure system present at the Arabian Sea near Karachi, causing hot weather and dry winds,” said Memon in a weather advisory issued on Friday.
He added that the pressure system increased the temperature in the port city.
As per the official website of the Pakistan Meteorologist Department (PMD), the maximum temperature is expected to go up to 39°C with a 72 percent humidity level.
However, the weather experts believe that the megapolis will witness a feels-like temperature of 42°C.
“Karachi usually witnesses October as the third hottest month of the year with dry weather conditions, as it is a post-monsoon season,” the weatherman noted.
Nevertheless, a slight ease for Karachiiets is a few days away, according to PMD, the temperature is likely to go down from October 27 in the city.
There will not be a more intensive winter wave in Pakistan, according to prediction by the Met office.
