Security forces have reported killing three more terrorists during the latest phase of Operation Shaban in Balochistan.

The joint operation, involving the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, and Balochistan Police, was launched following the attack on Mangi Dam Police Station in Ziarat.

Security officials said the operation is continuing across the province, targeting militants linked to groups referred to by the state as Fitna al-Khawarij.

The Mangi Dam attack resulted in the deaths of several police personnel, including two SHOs.

Security sources said the latest operations successfully targeted militant positions and inflicted heavy losses.

They added that Operation Shaban will continue until the elimination of the last terrorist in Balochistan.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised security forces for their efforts, saying the operation against militants was progressing successfully.

He stated that security personnel from the Pakistan Army, FC Balochistan, and police had thwarted attempts to destabilize the province.
