Pakistan’s Firasat Ali, Ejaz Ahmed win gold at Asian Bodybuilding Championship

Pakistan’s Firasat Ali and Ejaz Ahmed won two gold medals at the 57th Asian Bodybuilding Championship 2025, held in Thailand, by outperforming competitors from India, Afghanistan, and several other countries.
Firasat Ali secured the top spot in the 75kg junior category, defeating India’s Bashan Dutt, Hoai Bam Riki, Feroz, and Afghanistan’s Baitullah Zadran. Ali, who previously worked as a bicycle puncture repairman in Multan, earned Pakistan’s first gold medal at the event.
In the masters category, Ejaz Ahmed added a second gold to Pakistan’s tally with a strong performance against athletes from Vietnam, China, Malaysia, India, and Mongolia.
Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation Secretary General Sohail Anwar congratulated the athletes, stating that their victories had “raised the national flag high in Thailand.”
He expressed confidence that Pakistani bodybuilders would continue to excel at the international level.
