Sindh to buy 138 luxury cars worth Rs2 billion for Assistant Commissioners

The Sindh government has initiated the process of purchasing luxury vehicles for Assistant Commissioners appointed throughout the province, sources said on Wednesday.

In a letter addressed to the provincial finance department, the General Administration Department requested the release of Rs2 billion to facilitate the purchase.

According to the letter, the Sindh government intends to procure 138 high-end 4x4 double-cabin vehicles.

The vehicles will be allocated to Assistant Commissioners serving across the province, sources informed.

Notably, each vehicle purchased by the Sindh government comes with a price tag exceeding Rs10 million.
