US woman lands in Pakistan to marry online friend

After forming a friendship on social media, another American woman has arrived in Jhang, Pakistan, to marry a local man.
According to details, 27-year-old American citizen Kerinsha Madison Grace, a resident of South Carolina, had been friends with 29-year-old Naeemul Hassan from Jhang through social media for two years. Kerinsha converted to Islam and changed her name to Kaniz Ayesha.
She married Hassan and recorded her statement in a local court.
Their friendship began two years ago on social media and gradually turned into love. After maintaining regular contact, Kerinsha traveled to Pakistan and embraced Islam at Jamia Arabia Darul Huda in Jhang.
The marriage ceremony took place in the chambers of Advocate Amir Shahzad and was attended by Rana Amir and others.

During the ceremony, the American woman expressed her happiness, stating that she was inspired by Islam and Naeemul Hassan’s love, which led her to come to Pakistan.
It is noteworthy that before this marriage, Kaniz was previously married in the United States and has three children. She divorced her ex-husband before entering into a relationship with Naeemul Hassan.
Last year, Onijah Andrew Robinson, a 33-year-old American woman, arrived in Karachi to marry a 19-year-old man, Nidal Ahmed Memon, following their online friendship; however Pakistani man did not marry her and she returned to the US.
