"You cannot get VIP protocol every time," ATC judge to Bushra Bibi

Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court has granted interim bail to Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, in 13 cases related to the D-Chowk protest.
The court heard Bushra Bibi's bail applications in the 13 cases related to the protest, where Bushra Bibi and her lawyers were present. During the proceedings, the judge expressed displeasure over the signing of documents with a simple signature and thumbprint, stating, "It is not acceptable to demand VIP protocol at every step."
It was revealed that 13 cases have been filed against Bushra Bibi in various police stations in Islamabad, including 3 cases at Secretariat Police Station, 2 at Margalla Police Station, and 2 at Karachi Company Police Station. Additional cases are registered at Ramna, Tarnol, Kohsar, Abpara, and Khanna police stations.
The court granted interim bail to Bushra Bibi until February 7 against a surety bond of 5,000 rupees for each case.
The court has directed the police to present the records at the next hearing and adjourned the case for further proceedings.
