CCD official tortures woman over marriage denial

The officer posted in the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Jatli area of ​​Rawalpindi blocked the road and tortured the woman for refusing to give her relationship.

The official slapped the woman in public and threatened dire consequences at gunpoint. Regional Police Officer CCD Rawalpindi Hasan Jahangir Vito suspended the official named Bilal, Jatli Police registered a case and arrested the accused, the investigation is on.

According to the woman, she is a resident of Natha Chhatra, on August 13 at 5 pm, she was going to her home from Doultala in a rickshaw with her mother and daughter.

On the way, near Bin Kamal Shah, Bilal son of Safdar stopped the rickshaw and slapped him on the face in front of his mother and daughter.

According to the woman, the accused made obscene abuses and threatened to kill her and her daughter and defame her by pulling out a pistol. The rickshaw driver on the spot saved their lives.

The woman said that the reason for the enmity is that Bilal had asked for her daughter's relationship, on which he refused.

According to the police, a case has been registered and the accused Bilal has been arrested, the investigation is ongoing.
