QUETTA: The vice chancellor and pro-vice chancellor of the University of Gwadar, along with another university employee and their driver, safely returned home on Sunday around 10 days after they went missing.
An official from the Balochistan Home Department confirmed that all four individuals had safely reached their homes, while relatives of Pro-VC Syed Manzoor Ahmed also confirmed his safe return.

The university officials had gone missing on May 13 while travelling from Gwadar to Quetta. After their phones were found switched off and contact was lost, authorities suspected they had been kidnapped.
Following the incident, security forces launched intelligence-based search operations and conducted raids at multiple suspected locations to ensure their safe recovery.
