Lahore’s cricket fans set a new record during the third and final T20I between Pakistan and South Africa.

The series-deciding match between Pakistan and South Africa was played on Saturday at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, which was packed to capacity with enthusiastic spectators.

An unprecedented crowd turned out to witness the match, setting a new attendance record at the venue.

According to official figures, a total of 32,437 fans attended the game, marking a house-full status on the stadium’s big screen.

This was the largest-ever crowd in Pakistan’s cricket history for a home match — never before had so many fans gathered to watch a game on local soil.

Once again, Lahore’s cricket enthusiasts proved their deep passion and love for the sport.

Pakistan defeated South Africa by four wickets in the third T20I to clinch the series 2–1. The Green Shirts successfully chased South Africa’s target of 140 runs in the 19th over, securing the series victory.
