Israel has confessed that on Friday, Hezbollah's drone targeted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's bedroom window at his residence.
Earlier, reports emerged that Hezbollah had carried out a drone attack on Netanyahu's personal residence.
According to Saudi media reports, Hezbollah targeted Netanyahu's residence in Caesarea, Israel. The Israeli Prime Minister's Office later issued a statement saying Netanyahu and his family were not at home during the attack.
Now, Israeli media reports that the Israeli military has allowed the news to be published. Israeli media claims Hezbollah's drone damaged Netanyahu's residence in Caesarea, Israel, shattering his bedroom window's glass. However, due to specialized security glass, the drone couldn't enter.
Israeli media released images showing the damaged section of Netanyahu's house. An image also surfaced showing the affected part of Netanyahu's residence.
After the drone attack, Netanyahu termed the incident an assassination attempt and stated that Iranian agents made a grave mistake.
"This attack cannot force us to stop the war."
On the other hand, Israeli cabinet members criticized the Army Chief following the attempted attack on Netanyahu.
The Israeli Army Chief told the cabinet, "We foiled multiple drone attacks; we've enhanced our capabilities, learning from our mistakes and improving."
