US Congressman Randy Fine stirred outrage after labeling the Palestinian cause as “evil” and suggesting that Gaza should be bombed with nuclear weapons, following the killing of two Israeli embassy staff members near the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC.
Speaking to Fox News, Fine from Republican Party, launched into a controversial and inflammatory tirade, stating, “The Palestinian cause is an evil one.”
When asked if the recent shooting in Washington could affect ongoing ceasefire negotiations, Fine responded, “The only end of the conflict is complete and total surrender by those who support Muslim terror.”
He further called for extreme military action, saying Gaza should be subjected to the same fate as "Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II."
"In World War II, we did not negotiate a surrender with the Nazis, we did not negotiate a surrender with the Japanese, we nuked the Japanese twice in order to get an unconditional surrender. That needs to be the same here," he said.
He continued, “There is something deeply, deeply wrong with this culture and it needs to be defeated,” doubling down on his call for a nuclear strike as a solution to the conflict.
Fine’s remarks sparked condemnation from pro-Palestinian activists, with critics denouncing his comments as genocidal and deeply racist.

A shooting incident occurred outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC on Wednesday evening, where two staff members of the Israeli embassy were killed. Following his arrest, the suspect was heard chanting, “Free, free Palestine.”
Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela Smith stated during a press conference that the victims, a man and a woman, were leaving the venue when an armed individual opened fire on them.
According to police, the suspect had been seen loitering outside the museum earlier and attempted to enter the building after the incident. However, security personnel at the event intercepted him before he could gain access.
Chief Smith told the media that the 30-year-old suspect shouted pro-Palestinian slogans after being detained by law enforcement.
