Gold price go up by RS6,600 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant increase on Wednesday, May 21, following a global upward trend.
According to data from the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs6,600 per tola, reaching Rs349,400.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs5,659, now selling at Rs299,554.
In the international market, gold prices climbed by $66, reaching $3,310 per ounce. The rise reflects investor demand amid ongoing global economic uncertainties.
Meanwhile, in Saudi Arabia, the rate of 24-karat gold was recorded at SAR 4,450 per tola. According to Forex.pk, 10 grams of 24-karat gold were priced at SAR 3,896, while an ounce was valued at SAR 11,869.
Gold continues to attract investors as a traditional safe haven asset, particularly during periods of market volatility and geopolitical tension.
