Gold price rises by Rs7,800 per tola in local market

On Thursday, the prices of gold surged both in the international market and in Pakistan. The international price of gold per ounce increased by $78, and the new international price became $4,744.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association informed that due to the increase in the international prices of gold, the local price of gold per tola increased by Rs7,800 and became Rs496,762.

In the same way, the price of 10 grams of gold locally increased by Rs6,687 and reached the mark of Rs390,416.

Not only gold, but the prices of silver also increased in local markets. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs373 and became Rs8,445, whereas the price of 10 grams of silver increased by Rs320 and became Rs7,240.
