Gold prices increased in Pakistan on Wednesday, tracking gains in the international market.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola rose to Rs455,236 after an increase of Rs100 during the day. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs85 to reach Rs389,685, according to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

In the international market, gold edged up by $1 to $4,328 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
