Gold prices drop again in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan fell for a second straight day on Saturday in line with the downward trend in the global market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold dropped by Rs600 per tola, bringing it down to Rs422,462.
The rate for 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs514, settling at Rs362,193. A day earlier, on Friday, the price of gold per tola had remained steady at Rs423,062.
Internationally, gold prices slipped as well, with the APGJSA reporting the global rate at $4,001 per ounce — including a $20 premium — marking a decrease of $6 over the day.
Silver prices followed the same trend, falling by Rs18 per tola to reach Rs5,094.
