Loss-making PIA announces pay raise for employees

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a significant pay raise for its daily-waged employees, aiming to boost both morale and productivity within the organization.

The national flag carrier has increased daily wages by Rs 5,000, bringing the monthly salary to Rs 37,000, effective from July 1, 2024.
