As the holy month, Ramzan is set to begin in Pakistan on Tuesday (Tomorrow). Alongside prayers, the Muslims celebrate this month with gatherings of Iftar parties invite their friend and family and enjoy tempting Iftar treats.

It is very difficult to create a menu for an Iftar party, but here we have tried to solve this problem and made a list of some dishes that can be added to the Iftar party menu.

If you are looking to add variety to your iftar menu with foreign and traditional dishes we have mentioned here some delicious snacks, and foods that can elevate your Ramzan experience.

Samosa: A most popular snack among Pakistanis, and it remains part of every Iftari and refreshment, you can add many types of samosa to your aftari’s menu such as; Aloo Samosa, Chicken Samosa, Vegetable Samosa, BBQ, and Metha Samosa.

Channa Chat: Iftari’s dastar khawan remains incomplete without chaat. Here in Pakistan, two types of chickpeas (Kabli chana, and black channa) are used to make different styles of Chana Chat, but it could be made with healthier style if we use yoghurt, onion, tomato, little spices in chat and avoid oil. 

Pakoras: Iftar is incomplete without Pakora in Pakistan, even the demand for its ingredients increase during the fasting month. You can add some different styles of Pakora to your Iftar party’s manu some are, Spanish Pakora, potato Pakora, Brinjal, egg, chicken, green chilli, and other types of Pakora.

Pizza Balls: Apart from this, if you want to take a little break from traditional Iftar consisting of pakora, chat and another item, you can add Pizza balls to the menu, made with pizza ingredient stuffing in wet bread and then shaped like a ball. 

Pasta: Pasta originally came from Italy, but it is made in different styles from country to country, in Pakistan there are many styles of making pasta, some make vegetables, some saucy, some spicy and saucy while many like to use light spices in pasta, however, this could be increased number of finger liking dishes on your dining table.

Chicken Shawarma: A much-loved dish in the Middle East, made with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and some sauces and folded into a bread piece (chapatti).

Shawarma can be made within a few minutes, by applying four to five steps, are: marinate chicken with your favourite spice for at least 15 minutes, then fry, and than take a piece of bread made with yeast and flour, spread sauce, mayonnaise on it put vegetables and cooked chicken and fold it simple like a role.
