The alleged private video involving anchorperson and TikToker Sajal Malik has been confirmed as false, according to recent reports. Malik expressed disappointment at malicious attempts to damage her reputation.

For the past few days, a video had been circulating on social media claiming to feature Sajal Malik in an inappropriate and compromised situation. 

However, Express News reported that it has now been clarified that the footage originates from a Western country and has no connection to the TikToker.

Malik had also filed a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) as the video appears to have been deliberately used in a smear campaign to defame her.

In a recent interview, When Sajal Malik was asked if she had sent any legal notices to the defamers, she said, "Why should I come forward when I have done nothing wrong?"

It was initially alleged that the woman seen in the video was Sajal, sparking widespread criticism and backlash against her.

However, investigations have confirmed that Sajal Malik had no involvement in the clip.

With over 176,000 followers and more than two million likes on TikTok, Sajal Malik is a well-known content creator. 

This incident not only harmed her public image but also reignited concerns over digital privacy, misinformation, and cybercrime on social media platforms with female public figures increasingly facing such challenges.
