Bushra Iqbal slams Syeda Tuba Anwar, calls her "ihsaan faramosh"

Bushra Iqbal, the former wife of late televangelist Dr Aamir Liaquat, strongly criticised Syeda Tuba Anwar for claiming she was never interested in an acting career. Bushra called her ungrateful and accused her of lying.

In a recent program, Syeda Tuba Anwer discussed her entry into acting, stating she had never desired a career in showbiz. 

In response, Bushra Iqbal reacted strongly to Tuba's statement, calling her out for speaking "lies" and labeling her "ihsaan faramosh" for denying past ambitions.

Bushra was Dr Aamir Liaquat’s first wife, whom he divorced in 2018 after marrying Tuba Anwar.

However, Tuba and Aamir Liaquat’s marriage separated after 14 months. Tooba initiated the separation by announcing khula on February 9.

It's worth noting that Anwer appeared on screen multiple times after marrying Dr Aamir Liaquat and began acting in TV dramas following their separation.

Tuba addressed criticism directed at her in an earlier interview following Aamir Liaquat's sudden demise, stating, "There was never a lack of money or love growing up. I would've been a gold digger if I took anything from him when leaving. I took nothing."

His divorce with Bushra Iqbal and subsequent marriages sparked multiple controversies.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain, one of Pakistan's prominent and controversial TV hosts, passed away at the age of 50. His untimely passing sent shockwaves throughout the country. 

He was found unconscious at his home in Karachi on June 9, 2022.
