A judicial magistrate in Lahore has declined a plea by YouTuber Saadur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, seeking access to his YouTube channel and return of mobile phones.

Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo announced the order while hearing an application filed by the content creator.

At the same time, the court directed that 19 other items seized during the search be returned to the YouTuber.

These items include bank cards, identity documents, a laptop bag, a GoPro camera and other personal things.

Ducky Bhai approached the court requesting the return of all confiscated belongings, including access to his YouTube channel and mobile phones.

The magistrate declined this part of the request but allowed the return of certain personal items recovered by the authorities.

The YouTuber was arrested by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in August in connection with allegations of promoting gambling applications on social media platforms.

He was later granted bail by the Lahore High Court on November 24.
