A fire safety drill conducted by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) at Parliament causes water to enter the office of the National Assembly’s Director General Media.
Water used during the mock exercise reaches the media office, leaving a sofa, carpet and chairs wet, according to details of the incident.
The water reportedly spreads into the office during the firefighting exercise, while an unpleasant smell develops in the room after the furniture and carpet become soaked.
