DHA Wali Maid sends three children to private school, wins hearts online

Lahore-based content creator known as DHA Wali Maid has shared an emotional update about her three children after enrolling them in a private school.

In a video posted on Instagram on Saturday, she spoke about her hopes for her children and the future she wants for them. The video opens with the question, “Aik akeli aurat kya hi kar sakti hai?” or “What can a single woman really achieve?”

She then talks about wanting her children to receive a good education and grow into responsible people. “I want them to become officers, ‘sirs’, so that people work under them and they don’t have to work for anyone,” she says in the video.

The footage then shows her shopping for school uniforms before her three children get ready for school. The children can be seen dressed in their uniforms and heading to school with smiles on their faces.

The post quickly drew a warm response online, including a heart from comedian Ali Gul Pir in the comments.

DHA Wali Maid, who works as a domestic worker, became popular on social media by sharing videos from her daily life, including cooking, cleaning and other household activities at her employer’s home.
Her content has since earned her a large following on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. She recently crossed the one-million-follower mark on YouTube.

Education for her children has been one of the goals she has spoken about in her videos.
In an earlier post, she said she had worked for the same employer for five years. After saving enough money, she first enrolled her children in a private school in her village. She later decided to move them to a school in the city because she was not satisfied with the education they were receiving in the village.
