Fahad Mustafa honored by UK parliament with two prestigious awards

Pakistani heartthrob Fahad Mustafa's global impact was recognised by the UK Parliament, where he was awarded the Diversity and Cultural Impact Award and the Global Cultural Unity Award.

The awards celebrated Fahad Mustafa's contributions to creating a cultural impact through his standout performances in numerous hit movies and TV series.

Fahad Mustafa received the honors from both the House of Lords and the House of Commons, being presented with the ‘Diversity and Cultural Impact Award’ and the ‘Global Cultural Unity Award.’ The awards were conferred by MP Naz Shah and Minister Lord Wajid Khan.

Taking to Instagram, Fahad Mustafa highlighted that the stories depicted on Pakistani screens resonate with a global audience, emphasising that his achievement was a recognition of “every artist, every dreamer, and every storyteller in Pakistan who dares to dream big and cross boundaries.”

“It is a testament to the power of our culture, our stories, and the unyielding spirit of unity that makes us shine on the global stage,” he added.

While addressing members of the UK Parliament, Mustafa attributed his success to his father, a legendary actor, Salahuddin Tunio.

He shared that he never envisioned achieving success at such a high level, adding that his father’s prayers were instrumental in bringing him to this glory.

When asked how he strives to portray a positive image of Pakistan through his craft, Fahad responded that he has always sought to leave a meaningful message in his work.

He mentioned his films Load Wedding, Actor in Law, and Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad, noting that he also aimed to portray a modern love story in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum that could resonate with audiences globally.
