Popular Pakistani actress, Hania Amir, started 2026 by sharing an emotional post on her Instagram account about the ups and downs that she had to face in the previous year and how she navigated her way through all of that.

Hania captioned her post as; “2025 gave me the absolute worst and the absolute best.” She talked about how she always believed that she could bravely endure any grief without breaking apart, but when faced with some of the toughest situations in the past year, her belief completely changed.

“I genuinely believed I had become strong enough to survive any grief untouched… and then life showed me that I hadn’t,” she wrote, adding that the realization changed her deeply. She spoke candidly about how fragile confidence can be and how it can completely shake at times.

Hania also revealed how she sometimes appeared cheerful on sets while silently battling anxiety. She stated “you can laugh loudly on set, pose with flowers, feel silly and strong, while your heart races, your chest tightens, and you quietly breathe through a panic no one else sees. Sometimes strength is simply holding your ground and staying exactly where you are.”

However, her post was not all filled with hopelessness, it rather reflected gratitude and hope towards the end.

She spoke of unexpected doors opening, love appearing quietly, and her acting career feeling like a gift. Even while battling with anxiety on the sets of her dramas, she delivered top-notch projects in 2025 like ‘Kabhi Mai Kabhi Tum’, making her way to the top “God made this year a test,” she wrote, “but also showed me that He was with me through it.”

At the end of the message said she laughed, cried and kept going, surviving the worst and cherishing the best. She also emphasized on the importance of talking it out, and that there should be no shame in talking about mental health or asking for help when need be.
