'I won’t have kids during my social media career due to privacy concerns:' Ducky Bhai

Popular YouTuber Ducky Bhai recently addressed the issue of public figures' families facing online bullying and meme culture, stating that he does not want his future children to become targets of negative publicity.

During his podcast appearance with Nadir Ali, the host asked him about his plans for parenthood, noting that fans and friends were eagerly awaiting the news.

In response, Ducky Bhai dismissed the possibility of having a child anytime soon due to his demanding social media career, which he believes would prevent him from dedicating proper time to raising a child.

“I have decided that I will not start a family during my social media career. The reason is simple, I won’t be able to give my child the time and attention they deserve. I have discussed this with my mother and my wife as well,” he stated.

Nadir Ali then suggested that Ducky Bhai might also be hesitant due to the fear of online trolling, where even his child could become a target.

Ducky initially brushed off this concern, saying, “A baby won’t even know if they’re being trolled or bullied online.” However, Nadir Ali interrupted, pointing out that while the child may not be aware, the parents could still be affected. Ducky Bhai agreed, acknowledging that privacy concerns were another major reason for his decision.

“Even if I don’t share pictures of my child, someone else might if we go out in public. My career has made me famous, and despite efforts to protect my child's identity, they could still end up in the public eye,” he added.

He emphasised that he has no plans to have a child while actively pursuing his social media career.

“Ihave been working in this field for eight years and will continue for another one or two years. I don’t want to bring a child into this world while managing such a hectic career. Even if I try to keep them hidden, people will still invade their privacy, it simply can’t be controlled.”

Ducky Bhai also expressed concerns about children being overly exposed to social media, stressing that he doesn’t want his future child to be influenced by online fame.

“A child’s future is affected if they become a star at a young age;they start seeing themselves as a celebrity for life, and I don’t want my child to go down that path.”

He further revealed that he constantly faces controversies and struggles to find time for his family, let alone consider having a child. “Every other day, a new controversy pops up, keeping me occupied. I can’t even spend enough time with my family; how could I think about raising a child right now?”
