Renowned actor Momina Iqbal asked fans to stop tagging her in edited videos featuring her with her late father, stating that she is currently processing the shock of his passing and that watching these videos only deepens her grief.

Taking to Instagram, Momina Iqbal requested her followers to respect her privacy and refrain from creating and tagging her in video edits of her with her late father.

“It is already a very difficult time for me, so please do not add to my pain. If you can, just pray for him, please do that,” she said.

“I can’t even bear to have this thought in mind that he has left me. He is with me every moment, and I can feel that, but people do not have to make me realize it,” she added.

Following Momina’s emotional plea, Sabeen Farooq called out social media users for disregarding Momina’s privacy and showing lack of empathy during her time of grief.

“Consider yourself in her place, then you can realize her pain. It is not necessary to make video edits out of every matter,” she wrote on her Instagram story.

Momina Iqbal’s father passed away last month. She informed her followers of his demise on her Instagram story, after which fans and industry colleagues offered their condolences to her.
