Nida Yasir criticises delivery riders for 'lying' about not having change

TV host Nida Yasir said that many delivery riders claim they do not have change, which often forces her to pay the full amount.

A video clip of Nida, currently circulating on social media, shows her discussing the matter with fellow actresses.

During the conversation, Nida said that delivery boys often insist they don’t have change. “It’s different if you give them a tip by choice, but when they lie about not having change, that’s wrong,” she remarked.

She added that if she herself doesn’t have change in such a situation, she makes the delivery rider wait while her driver goes to get change.

“If their next delivery gets delayed, they won’t lie the next time. This has become a habit—they intentionally say they don’t have change so the customer ends up paying the full amount.”

Other actresses agreed with her, but social media reactions remained divided.

Some users supported Nida’s viewpoint, while others argued that delivery riders earn very little, and giving them a bit of extra money should not be an issue.
