Sumbul Khan celebrates 12th Rabiul Awwal in Madina

Pakistani drama actress and model Sumbul Iqbal Khan celebrated the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Madina.

The actress took to Instagram to bless the timeline of her fans with her pictures and videos from the sacred pace.

The Meray Khwab Raiza Raiza star penned a heartfelt caption to describe her feelings while at Holy Prophet's (PBUH) mosque.

"Feeling blessed celebrating rabi awal in Madinah. There is incredible joy, love and peace in the city of RasoolAllah [SAW]," she wrote in the caption of the post accompanied by a video.

In another post, Sumbul shared a collage of pictures in which Prophet's (PBUH) mosque was visible in the background.

"Know Allah in ease and He will know you in hardship. And know that what has passed you by, was never meant to befall you. And what has befallen you, was never meant to pass you by. And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and with hardship," she wrote.

Pakistan is immersed in festivities as Muslims celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) today (Tuesday) across the country.

Cities, streets, mosques, buildings, bazaars, and intersections are adorned with vibrant green flags and colourful lights.

Durood and Salam gatherings are being organised, and processions are taking place across the country, expressing love and devotion to the Prophet (PBUH).
