A judicial magistrate granted bail to Armaghan against a surety of Rs100,000 and ordered that he be released, forthwith, if not required in any other case. However, he could not be released immediately as he is yet to obtain bail in other cases.
During the hearing, defence counsel informed the magistrate that the inquiry against his client had been completed in 2025 and that no evidence had been presented to back up the allegations against him.
The counsel stated that there was neither a complainant nor any witness against the accused in the case, requesting the court to accept his bail.
