The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday dimissed suspect Armaghan Qureshi's claims that police had denied him access to the washroom for 10 days.
During the court proceeding, Armaghan Qureshi, the prime suspect in the Mustafa Amir murder case, expressed frustration over the police's behavior towards him, requesting the court not to hand him over to the police, alleging they were "severely torturing" him.
"They have not permitted me access to the bathroom for 10 days," he added.
However, the court rejected the suspect's allegations, stating, "It is not possible that you were not allowed to use the washroom for 10 days. If that were the case, you would not be standing here."
On the other hand, Armaghan's lawyer, Abid Zaman, claimed that Shiraz's counsel was not allowed to meet him, while YouTubers were taking interviews.

He emphasised that the hours-long police encounter hold significant value in the case, during which the accused had made 15 calls, but the mobile record was not presented in court.
Additionally, Armaghan's mother herself had asked him to surrender, but her counsel was barred from meeting her.
Prosecutor Zulfiqar Arain argued that the accused had undergone a medical examination on the High Court's orders and he is "very clever and dangerous." HE added that until the challan was filed, the investigating officer has the authority to bar everyone from meeting him.
Arain emphasised that the accused should not be allowed to meet anyone, as this could compromise the investigation.
