Engineer Mirza reveals Imran Khan’s condition in Adiala Jail

Religious scholar Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza revealed the daily life of former prime minister Imran Khan inside Adiala Jail. 

Speaking on a podcast, Mirza described facilities and routines that contrasted sharply with PTI’s claims of harsh confinement. 

He said that during his own detention, he was just a cell away from Khan’s and claimed that the section allocated to the former premier contained six cells.

Engineer Mirza also claimed that he could sometimes hear Imran Khan talking, mainly about cricket, with his assigned assistant. 

He also revealed that Imran Khan has access to a television and two newspapers. He said that Imran’s meals include raw meat cooked by his assistant, and the aroma of desi ghee was noticeable in nearby cells.

He also discussed Khan’s routine, which consisted of two main meals: breakfast around 9 am and lunch around 3 pm. 

Mirza said Khan was later transferred to a part of the prison with better sunlight.

Engineer Mirza’s remarks come during widespread claims of Khan’s mistreatment in jail custody, as claimed by the PTI leaders.
