A group photo of world leaders at the the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP) summit in the UAE is going viral on ‘X’, in which Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar is conspicuously positioned in the corner among world leaders.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar arrived at Dubai Expo City to participate in the high-level segment of the 28th COP summit.
Upon his arrival, the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Secretary-General of the United Nations, His Excellency Antonio Guterres, extended a warm welcome to the Prime Minister at Dubai Expo City.

The Caretaker Prime Minister is leading the Pakistani delegation to the 28th Conference of Parties and is scheduled to attend the World Climate Action Summit on December 1 and 2.
Joining the delegation are Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, Finance Minister Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, Federal Minister for Climate Change Ahmed Irfan Aslam, and Energy Minister Muhammad Ali, all set to participate in COP28.
In a meeting before his departure for the UAE last week, the Prime Minister emphasised Pakistan's significant impact from global climate change despite its less than one per cent contribution to the overall factors.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar highlighted the importance of climate change for countries like Pakistan, emphasising the nation's positive role in the global climate debate through climate diplomacy.
