Ahead of a planned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rally in the Sangjani area of Islamabad today, authorities have ordered the closure of all hotels, shops, and guest houses in the vicinity of the rally site. The Metro Bus has also been shut off entirely.

According to sources, the Sangjani police have issued orders for the closure of hotels, guest houses, and restaurants in the area from September 8 until September 9. During this period, no accommodation, food, or any other services will be provided to anyone.

A notice has been issued to hotels and shops near the rally site, instructing them to deny accommodation, food, or any other facilities to anyone.

The notice issued by the Sangjani police station warns that legal action will be taken against violators.

The Metro Bus service has also been shut throughout the twin cities.

The PTI leadership has announced a “power show” in Islamabad today. The administration has issued an NOC for the PTI rally after imposing 40 conditions.
