Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has demanded the establishment to conduct 'fresh elections' across the country, Express News reported on Saturday.

The demand from the former prime minister came after the Supreme Court favoured the PTI in a case related to reserved seats for women and minorities.

The veteran politician put forward his call while talking to journalists after the hearing of a £190 million reference in Adiala Jail.

"What is the benefit of coming to the government now? The establishment will have to conduct free and transparent elections," he said when asked about the decision on reserved seats

Mr Khan vowed that his party would not engage in horse trading after securing the reserved seats in the national and provincial assemblies.

"We will not become part of any horse trading," he said.

A day earlier, the Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to allocate reserved seats for women and minorities to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the National and Provincial assemblies.

However, the verdict directed Imran Khan's party to submit the list of candidates to the election body within 15 days.
