Karachi's weather to remain hot for next three days, says PMD

Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Monday that Karachi will experience continued hot weather for the next three days due to the influence of a westerly weather system entering the country.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz has forecasted that the current heatwave in Karachi, the capital of Sindh, will persist for the next three days, with temperatures expected to range between 36 to 38 degrees Celsius.
Sardar Sarfaraz has dismissed the possibility of a heatwave hitting Karachi over the next 10 days.
Most parts of the country are anticipated to have mainly hot and dry weather over the next twelve hours.
However, there might be partly cloudy conditions with chances of rain-thunderstorms in isolated areas of upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Additionally, plain areas of the country may experience gusty winds raising dust during this period.
The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of isolated rain and thunderstorms in Srinagar and Anantnag.
Conversely, Leh, Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula are expected to have partly cloudy and dry weather, while Jammu is likely to experience hot and dry conditions.
