Malala launches Oxford scholarship for Pakistani women

Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel Prize-winning girls’ rights activist, announced a new scholarship opportunity for Pakistani women aspiring to pursue graduate studies at the University of Oxford.
According to a video message Malala shared on her social media, she stated that after graduating from Oxford, she felt it was important to give back to women who are seeking higher academic opportunities but are unable to proceed due to financial strains.
Malala explained that the scholarship will specifically enable Pakistani women to undertake master’s degree programs at Oxford.
Furthermore, she stated that the scholarship is particularly for those who plan to return home and contribute to social development and progress in Pakistan.
The announcement reflects her long-standing advocacy for girls’ education worldwide and her mission to empower young women through education and leadership.
