Man who lodged FIR against Bushra Bibi found to have criminal record

ISLAMABAD: A man who filed a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder's wife Bushra Bibi following her remarks against Saudi Arabia, has turned out to be a criminal.
According to details, it has been revealed that cases have also been registered against Ghulam Yasin, the plaintiff who filed the case against Bushra Bibi, in different police stations.
Ghulam Yasin has been convicted in one case, has also been a witness and plaintiff in some, the interesting thing is that he remained an accused in the same police station where he filed a case against Bushra Bibi, while he has also been convicted in the case of Haji Jamal.
Ghulam Yasin has also been arrested in another case in Kot Chatha police station, while he has been a plaintiff in 4 cases and a witness in some cases.
Bushra Bibi, the wife of PTI founding chairman Imran Khan, stirred controversy with remarks about her husband's first visit to Medina, where he walked barefoot.
In a video, she said, "When Khan went to Mdina barefoot for the first time, as soon as he returned, General Bajwa immediately started receiving calls asking, 'What is this? What have you brought here?'"
She added that the callers expressed concerns, saying, "We are trying to abolish Shariah here, and you brought the overseers of Shariah with you. We do not want this."
