Mohsin Naqvi says pre-departure facilitation desks set up at all FIA zonal offices

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday announced that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has set up pre-departure facilitation desks at all zonal offices to assist international travellers with immigration-related matters ahead of departure.

In a post on X, the minister said: “Pleased to share that the Federal Investigation Agency has launched Pre-Departure Facilitation Desks across all zonal offices, with immediate effect.”

He explained that the desks will offer “guidance & assistance to international travelers on immigration procedures/clearances, ensuring a smoother & more hassle-free travel experience.”

Naqvi said that the services will be available “in-person, via helplines & email,” adding that further details can be accessed at “airports, border points & on the FIA website.”
