Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto announced Syed Murad Ali Shah as the nominee for the position of Sindh Chief Minister, and Anthony Naveed for the deputy speaker role.

Speaking to the newly elected members of the Sindh Assembly, Bilawal Bhutto emphasized the imperative of heightened performance and unwavering dedication from the party to meet the heightened expectations of the populace.

During his address, Bilawal Bhutto lamented the detrimental consequences of the prevailing politics of animosity in the nation, stressing its adverse effects on Pakistan's progress and unity.

He underscored the necessity of breaking away from conventional political and governance paradigms, advocating for innovative strategies to tackle the challenges confronting Sindh and Balochistan.

Bilawal urged expeditious completion of housing projects for flood victims and swift attention to the critical issue of water scarcity, spanning from Karachi to Kashmore.

Moreover, Bilawal Bhutto stressed a stringent zero-tolerance stance against corruption within the party, urging robust measures to address any instances of misconduct.

The Pakistan People's Party is the single largest party in Sindh Assembly. The assembly is set to meet tomorrow for the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected MPAs.
