A social media activist of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has reportedly been taken into custody for filming a video of party founder Imran Khan’s convoy returning to Adiala Jail from PIMS hospital after treatment last night.

According to media reports, Haider Saeed was detained near Dahgal Naka and later shifted to the Adiala police checkpoint in a police van.

A post on his X account confirmed that he has been arrested from outside the Adiala Jail.

Haider Saeed had been recording footage outside PIMS hospital the previous night, capturing vehicles during the PTI founder’s return from the hospital to Adiala. The police have not yet provided further details regarding the reason for his detention.
