Sindh governor urges CJP to take notice of heavy traffic accidents in Karachi

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori appealed to the Chief Justice to take notice of the heavy traffic accidents.
On the increasing accidents caused by heavy traffic in Karachi during the day, the Governor Sindh appealed to the Chief Justice Supreme Court to take notice of the heavy traffic accidents and also announced to write a letter.
The Sindh governor said that after Eid, he would give plots to the families of those who lost their lives in heavy traffic accidents and would also give money to those who could not build a house on the plot.
It should be noted that the number of people killed in traffic accidents this year has increased to 215, while the number of people killed in heavy traffic has increased to 65 since January 1.

On 21st March, a dumper accident in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar sparked chaos late Thursday night when the driver ran over a motorcyclist near Perfume Chowk.The biker lost his life on the spot.
Enraged by the incident, a mob intercepted the driver at Jauhar Mor and set his vehicle on fire.
A widely circulated video showed a large crowd gathered around as flames engulfed the truck in the middle of the street.
According to reports, police arrived at the scene and took the driver into custody.
