Sindh to experience rain with dust storms on 2–3 May, forecasts Met Office

The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms and rains in different parts of the country including Khyber Patkunkhawa, Gilgit-Baltistan and parts of Punjab and Sindh during May 2-3.
According to Met office, from the evening of May 2 to May 4, rain, strong winds and thundershowers are expected in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan, Mansehra, Battagram, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Charsadda, Bannu, Lakki Marwat districts.
Similarly, rain and strong winds with hailstorm have also been predicted in Karak, Kohat, Hangu, Kurram, Waziristan, DI Khan and Tank districts of KP. Rain with strong winds and thunderstorms is expected in Murree, Galiyat, Attock, Chakwal from the night of May 2 to 4 in Punjab and Islamabad.

Rain and thunderstorms is expected in Jhelum, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Sargodha and Mianwali districts.
Rain and thunderstorms are expected in Khushab, Bhakkar, Layyah, Multan, Khanewal, Sahiwal, Okara, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and DG Khan.
In Gilgit-Baltistan, rain and thunderstorms are expected in Gilgit, Skardu, Hunza, Nagar and Ghizer during May 2 and 3. In Kashmir, rain and thunderstorms with strong winds are expected in Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley, Poonch, Bagh, Haveli and Kotli during May 02 and 03, heavy rain is also expected at some places. In Balochistan, rain and thunderstorms with strong winds are expected in Quetta, Zhob, Barkhan, Khuzdar, Kalat, Sibi, Naseerabad and Lasbela during May 02 to 04. In Sindh, rain and thunderstorms with strong winds and dusty winds are expected at some places during May 02 to 03.
