UK backs Pakistan’s mediation role in US-Iran tensions

Jane Marriott has commended Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts in facilitating engagement between the United States and Iran during a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, according to an official statement.

The statement, shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan, said both sides discussed the evolving regional situation, with Dar reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to dialogue and diplomacy as key tools for resolving conflicts peacefully.
