Is US woman Onija Andrew Robinson the actual wife of Karachi man Nidal Ahmed Memon? Onija's alleged husband's friend, Adnan revealed that the woman was a client of Nidal, who worked at a call center. Adnan said their online coordination may have sparked a romantic relationship, but Onija lacks evidence to prove she is married to Nidal.

A neighbor of Nidal shared that the purported husband of Onija had worked in a call center located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, and they maintained business contact for five months.

He maintained that the woman, on October 10, arrived in Pakistan. After her arrival, "she has come here two to three times; when she came the first time, Nidal was present at his apartment, but then he and his family moved from here."

She was claiming that "this is her in-law's place, and she will stay there," he said.

Meanwhile, Nidal’s friend Adnan, who was in contact with him, urged the woman to show the evidence of their online Nikah, which could prove her union with the 19-year-old Karachi boy.

“We run an online business, engaging with clients through video calls. One such call led to a connection with the woman, but despite her claims, no nikah nama has been shown to verify her relationship with Nidal,” he said.

The woman, in a press conference with philanthropist Ramaz Chippa on Friday, asked journalists to call her “Onija Ahmed,” as she is the wife of Nidal Ahmed.

She had also staged a 30-hour-long sit-in in Nidal’s flats’ parking lot, but she had to wrap it up without meeting him, as he has been missing for several days.

The woman has been in Karachi since her arrival on October 10, with her 30-day visa already expired.

Despite receiving financial assistance from philanthropist Zafar Iqbal and Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori, who arranged her return flight, she refused to leave Pakistan and continued her search for Nidal Ahmed Memon.
